• Theater Partners: When you select a preferred theater, we share the minimum necessary membership data to enable ticket validation and local rewards at that specific location.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Our service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately from our servers.
